Good morning everyone, here we are at another Wednesday which means it is Aussie Slang day.
Smoko: A smoke or coffee break
Slab: A carton of beer usually with 24 cans or bottles
Sook: A person or animal that is considered soft, tame or inoffensive
Spewin: Very angry
Spiffy: Looking good, great or excellent

A hug to you.

DeleteSpiffy means the same in the States, Jo-Anne.
ReplyDeleteI thought it did
DeleteInteresting to know

DeleteI am always amazed with the Aussie slang that you share. I may have been able to guess spiffy.
