Well
here we are at another hot Tuesday, and of course is gross facts day,
don't we all just love gross facts.......lol
This
weeks facts are hopefully not as gross as last weeks facts. We have
this week some gross facts about royalty. I will do this in two parts
with 6 facts each week
English
King Henry VIII had a groom of the stool, a man who wiped his bottom
for him
English
King Henry II had a jester called Roland the Farter who would fart on
demand
To
keep guests entertained at a feast, Roman emperor Caligula would
behead criminals in between courses.
When
his sister died Caligula was so upset he banned people laughing,
people caught laughing would be put to death, he also banned them
from taking a bath.
Louis
XIV of France only took three baths in his lifetime.
In
1762, Korean Prince Sado was locked in a rice chest by his father,
he died after eight days.
I wonder if it's too late to teach my son to fart on demand.
ReplyDeleteLove,
Janie
How on earth can Roland the farter fart on demand? It is really amazing.
ReplyDeleteI know I shouldn't laugh but...pretty funny ones this week. ;)
ReplyDeleteImagine being Louis XIV's groom of the stool....
