Good afternoon all, it's a pretty warm day here in Newie, nearly time for my afternoon nap around the time Tim will be leaving for work. Anyway here are this weeks did you know facts.

Many years ago in England, pub frequenters had a whistle baked into the rim or handle of their ceramic cup, when they needed a refill they used to whistle to get service. “ Wet your whistle” is the phrase inspired by this practice.
