Well
here we are at another Tuesday and what a lovely Tuesday
it
is weather wise it is a pleasant 20°c outside. So on this lovely
Tuesday I will share some gross facts.
When
they are finished with their webs, spiders eat the silk to recycle
it.
Tarantulas
can live for up to 30 years.
Female
nursery web spiders often eat the males after mating.
Spiders
have huge brains for their size, some have them spilling over into
their legs.
The
crab spider can change colour to match its surroundings, to help
catch its prey.
The
largest spider in the world is the Goliath bird eater tarantula with
a leg span of 30cm or 12inches.
I don't even want to know there's a spider 12 inches across! Awk!
