Hello Monday, damn it
is cold here again today, I was up at 6am but at 9am I was falling
asleep so I went back to bed for a couple of hours. The first thing
I did after getting up at 11am was vacuum the lounge room.

All these are new facts to me. I know that lightning is kills but didn't know the number of deaths it caused.

It will be close to 100 f here in Alabama today with humility that you can sip with a straw. I could use a little chilly weather right now.
ReplyDeleteI remember years back there was some condiment made from some insect in Vietnam that was even rarer than saffron- but they said the war was close to extincting it, so maybe it succeeded.
ReplyDeleteI do have cardamom in my spice drawer. It was quite expensive. I used it to bake lovely, delicious Christmas cookies, which I haven't done in a long time.

Oh I remember that song "You've Lost That Loving Feeling" so well! I LOVED that song sung by the Righteous Brothers. No other version would do.
