  2. Hi, dear Jo-Anne!

Most people in the USA are happy when they look at the calendar and realize that winter's on the run and spring is on the way. For those of us living in Florida, it's quite the opposite. It's already uncomfortably warm and muggy here and there are many long months of searing heat and humidity ahead before the weather cools off again. Enjoy your cool weather seasons down there!

  3. Hello greetings and good wishes.

It is amazing how we adapt according to seasons of the year to feel comfortable. Here in Kochi, the summer is on the way and it is becoming warmer and warmer. Sometimes it is so hot in the day time that it rains a little in the night to cool the atmosphere but the day is always hot.

    Best wishes

    1. We're still stuck in winter... which means snow and below zero F for us. The passing of summer is always sad.

  5. Daylight savings time starts for us this weekend. It will be dark during the first part of the morning when I'm still sleeping, and we'll have more light during the evening. Franklin and I will have an easier time going out for walks--if it warms up.

    Love,
    Janie

  7. Exactly what Shady Del Knight said----I live in Florida and we are sorry to see winter end. Now we're getting into the hot, muggy season that I dread here.
