Busy busy busy but I will catch up

So much many blogs I want to read but yet again today I have not seem to have the time to do so, yesterday we went to Sydney for my husbands step father's 80th birthday. It was ok I have never felt close to Tim's family and he doesn't feel close to them but said he wants to try and form some kind of bond with them.

Today I have spent all day working on something for my nans 90th birthday tomorrow when I get it finished I will show you all.I have also had Sydney-May for most of the day so had to work around taking care of her.

Hurtful Actions and Words.

I love my daughters but sometimes I feel like nothing I do is right, if I get involved in their fights I am told to but out and if I stay out of it like I did yesterday I am still in the wrong, so damned if I do damned if I don't.

It started yesterday afternoon when my oldest was mucking around and tripped over a cord and disconnected the power cord to youngest daughters hard drive, this resulted in youngest daughter over reacting and going on a bit about her hard drive being damanged. Now at this point I said "she is my daughter and like me she over reacts", oldest daughter took this to mean she was not my daughter..............she then pulled the plug to the hard drive again to be spitful this resulted in youngest daughter grapping the cord and swinging it at her sister and telling her to get out and to f off. As she was leaving she told me that I always take her sisters side and that she hated me..................................

After oldest daughter left I went to the shops for something and while I am there she rings me and goes off telling me she hates her sister and she will never speak to her again and will not come her while she is here and if I want to watch her daughter while she is at work I will have to do it at her place as she will not bring her daughter here ever again. She also said something about putting her daughter in day care so she is not around her aunt if I will not go to her place to watch her.

Now does she not realise that talking like that about her sister is upsetting to me...............when I said as much to her she told me she didn't care if I was upset and that she hated me....................

This morning she calls in to drop something off for her dad and at first she didn't speak to me then she says she wants her sisters stuff out of her place and if it is not gone in 2 weeks she will drag it out and sitting on the roadside. Her sister has a lounge and bed that is being stored under her carport..........................

I heard her demand her dvds back from her sister but her sister wouldn't tell her where they are because she spoke to her in such a hateful tone. I was also told again that I didn't stick up for her and again I said I was staying out of it and she told me that was wrong I was to get involved and side with both of them..............wtf

I told her that yes her sister over reacted but so did she that I felt she was taking it to far and saying hurtful things and she told me she is a vindictive bitch and to deal with it and that she would not be back to this house while her sister is here.

Now not long ago she sent me a text to let me know she was not mad anymore.

Tissues

I just reached beside me to get a tissue to blow my nose and there was none, so quickly jump up and go to the cupboard and get a new box, pretty pink tissues............

Now why is it that it is hard to get get coloured tissues now days I can remember when you could get tissues in a number of colours. I do not like white tissues but of course that is what you can get most of the time.

So when I saw pink ones in the store at the start of the year I bought a dozen boxes of them along with half a dozen blue ones and now I am on my last box............bugga

I will have to try and get some more pink ones although I do often see blue tissues in the supermarket but rarely pink ones and I prefer pink over blue.

That said when I have a cold I do like the really soft ones with Aloe Vera or Eucalyptus.

My Bro and My Mum

Oh my poor back it is aching so much today it hurts to move but I still managed to go and see my nan with mum this morning. We had Liarna with us as mum and dad have her till tomorrow afternoon when he parents get back from their trip to Melbourne.

My sister in-law had to go to Melbourne for work and she was able to take her husband my brother with her on this trip and they decided it would be a nice break away for them.

Now they have 3 children between them Dawson, Kayla and Liarna, Dawson doesn't live with them so he was no problem but they had to arrange for Kayla and Liarna to stay somewhere and that was with Leighs parents for the most part and for Liarna to go to my parents place for only a day and half. No I think the reason for this is because mum is one for Dawson's main carers and she is often looking after Temika and I feel that Dave & Leigh thought it would be to much to ask mum to watch Liarna for any longer. I do not know for a fact that is the reason I am only guessing, but I do know that my mum does a bloody lot looking after Dawson and helping Sandra out with Temika.

Sometimes I wonder if my sister and brother truely appreciate all that mum does for them, I often get the impression that my brother will try and tell mum how to raise Dawson and yes he is his father but he has intrusted mum with Dawson's day to day care and in doing so he has to accept how mum is caring for Dawson...................

You can't say here mum raise my son but do it the way I tell you because what you are doing is wrong.................even if what you are doing is the same as you did when I was a child.

Yes mum is older now she is 71yrs but you need to trust that mum knows what she is doing and that she is doing it because it is what she wants to do because she loves Dawson like a son and you need to remember that she has been looking after him since he was born.

Now I am going to read some blogs and hope the pain relief kicks in soon..................

Look What I Got

Look what I got lucky me thank you Bubbles I love them they are wonderful thank you thank you.

It has been a week of nice surprises my hubby gave me this and I am so happy with it he got it for me for Mother's Day so it was worth the wait.

Now if you do not know what it is it's an E Book Reader and it is something I mentioned to him a few weeks ago that I would like and he remembered and went and got it for me.

This morning Jessica downloaded some Dannielle Steel books for me and has uploaded one of them onto the E Book Reader for me.

Now I just have to find the time to do some reading but at least I will be able carry the E Book Reader with me a lot easier then I can a book.

David Strassman

Last Sunday night I went out with my special girl aka Jessica we went to see David Strassman for those of you who do not know who he is well he is a ventriloquist and I think he is great it was the best Mother's Day present I have been given from my girls.

While we went out we left Little Leo with his papa aka Tim my darling husband now I was worried about how Tim would cope and if he would be able to stay sober and awake. As it turned out my concerns where just kind of when we got home he was in his armchair playing with Leo but when I went into the bedroom it looked a right mess the same with the bathroom and the kitchen. When I talked to him about it the following day he said he didn't remember anything of the night before after Jessica and I left.

While at the show Jessica bought me a little Ted E Bear that talks and I love it but had to hid it from Leo as he wants to play with it all the time and it is nana's and he can not play with it.
