Are you going to listen carefully to what the report has recommended? eg the three Nutrition recommendations might be difficult to "obey", given that you/we have probably eaten poorly for 60+ years.
ReplyDeleteHell no, I'm not ging to change
DeleteInteresting Jo-Anne, must go to the site and see what it's says about me.
ReplyDeleteI found it interesting
DeleteVery interesting. Rather hard to stick to the eating part for me. It seems to me you do a lot of the exercise already. I would probably pick two things a week to work on. Otherwise I would feel overwhelmed.
ReplyDeleteI found it interesting, but I doubt I will changed anything to set in my ways
DeleteImma go try this... I bet I get busted on fruits and veggies too. I'll let ya know how I did.
ReplyDeleteRealizing it's not a contest, I was surprised to see you beat me in Physical health! I got: Health 44, Mental health 72, Emotional 60, Social and Nutrition 52 (really surprised to see my nutrition that high!) , Sleep 80 (Thank God and Laurie for the new mattress!) and stress 68. It gave me an overall of 61.
ReplyDeleteThat's a surprise to me too, being a predominantly lazy person
DeleteThe quiz wouldn't open up for me for some reason, but it was interesting to read your results. :)
ReplyDeleteWell that sucks
