Five things Friday No 1

Ok this year I will be doing Five things Friday again and I am hoping to keep on top of things such as posts, so for my first Five things Friday for 2018, I will share these things.

Staying organised

Regaining mobility

Staying focused

Being happy

Less stress

  6. I do Affirmation recordings that I listen to every day. They reinforce many of the things you are using in the Five Things post.

  7. That sounds like 5 great things to work on. I've decided to begin my year in February since January was such a weird month! We had 5 snow days in February, which really throws a kink into things, plus several illnesses. Yay, Winter! I'd imagine you're probably as ready for Fall as we are ready for Spring here!
