How I Spent My Mother's Day

Hello all my great blog buddies how has your weekend been are you all looking forward to the week that lays ahead, or are some of you thinking not another week how am I going to drag myself through this week..........lol

I wasn't around yesterday much did read and comment on about a dozen blogs in the morning but then we went over to my parents place for lunch and when I got home in the afternoon I just didn't have the desire to do much of anything except sit and watch telly............lol

Now some of you may wonder what I got for Mother's Day well while I was sitting here at the computer yesterday morning hubby came out gave me a hug and wished me Happy Mother's Day but he didn't give me anything and I was thinking he hadn't bought me anything but said nothing as I thought maybe he had left what he got me with one of our daughters........anyway when we got in the car to go to mums he says look in the glove box which I did and there was a new mobile phone in the glove box for me...................it's nothing fancy just a cheap $30 phone but I am happy with it anyway...........

Two out of Three daughters turned up at mums for lunch along with two out or three grandchildren and my parents where so happy seeing the girls and Blain and Sydney-May they don't get to see them very often. Neither Kathy-Lee or Natasha gave me anything for mothers day yesterday Natasha said she would give me something on Friday and Kathy-Lee gave me her present today she bought me a lovely long black light weight cardigan and Jessica gave me a dozen candles and Little Leo picked out this flower for me.............

Yesterdays lunch consisted of KFC and Henny Penny why both because Kathy doesn't eat KFC so we got chicken from both places.................all up it cost $67 for lunch and it was only mum & dad and Tim who paid no one else had any money..............
