Hello Monday, hello life here we are at Monday so it is fact day

A new day a day when I could sleep in but no I woke at 6.30am again. I managed to dress myself and have a wash before I needed to send Tasha message asking for help getting my breakfast.
When Kelli dropped Blain off she came inside and helped me do the medications for the week.
I have sweated so much you would think I had wet myself.
Mum was sounding better today.
Realised yesterday afternoon when I went to take my medications last night that I have no Sifrol which I take for restlessness so took a full Phenergan and half a sleeping tablet, so I could sleep and sleep I did.
I woke to the roaster crowing and Tim telling me to shut it off. On a plus side I was able to get out of bed on my own.
This afternoon I thought Leo would be here at 2pm I was wrong he arrived at 3.30pm.
Strong winds this afternoon, but no rain.
Tasha in pain this afternoon with her legs, I hope she feels better tomorrow.
I received 16 letters today when Tasha checked the P O Box and 2 packages.
Slept well again more or less, woke when the alarm went off. I was in the bathroom when Tasha arrived, because I hadn't dressed yet she decided to give me a shower as I stunk.
Been a somewhat busy day with housework and ironing Tim's work clothes and such.
Mum sounded good when I spoke to her, she sounds more like herself
I woke at 5.40 and got up 10 mins later, I opened the house and managed to get my hearing aids in without help.
Tash arrived at 6.30 and dressed me, then got my breakfast.
Another warm day and for me a lazy day doing bugga all.
Feeling restless and unsettled this afternoon
Woke to the alarm, going to be another dripping in sweat day for me.
I am shaking a lot today and feel like shit because of it.
Mum was ok repeated herself a few times but sounded happier.
Leo here tonight, Tim was telling me how happy he is that Leo treats this house like his own home. Coming in and getting whatever he wants even if we are in bed.
I woke at 5.40 and got up straight away, gathered up my stuff and headed to the bathroom. My phone, however, was in the loungeroom so it was good I woke when I did.
After opening the house I sat and started my computer and waited for Tasha to arrive.
At 6.30 I was dripping in sweat.
Another day shaking so very much.
Leo going to Kelli's for the weekend, so Tash will settle me down.
Mum told me all about the letter from Kathy, she was so excited about it. She ended up reading the whole letter to me.
Had a sleep in, waking at 7am I managed to get up and get my own breakfast.
Kathy came over but it was obvious that she was too sick to give me a shower. So I rang Tash and she came and showered me.
Going to be a stinking hot day air con on from 7.30 this morning.
The heat is giving me a headache

Hello and welcome to Tuesday and indestructible stuff day and today it's diamonds everyone has heard of diamonds and how tough they are. In fact they are one of the hardest natural substance in the world.
Diamonds are smooth and dull when they come out of the ground and have to be cut into geometric shapes to make them sparkle. Long ago this could only be done with another harder diamond, however, today lasers are used.
Diamond is made from carbon, the same thing as coal and the soft dark grey graphite that give pencils their mark marking power. So why is diamond so much harder?
Well diamond can only be formed when carbon is squeezed incredible hard, and this can happen in two ways. Very deep inside the ground as in very deep like 150-200 km down, as rocks push against each other. The diamonds then move up to the surface in volcano eruptions.
Or it can happen when an asteroid or meteorite crashes into the earth with incredible crushing power.
Of course we now can make artificial diamonds by squeezing carbon in a lab.

Awake at 5.40 up at 6.20am this morning, just missed Tasha she left as I got up so I sent her a text saying so.
Well she came back when I was in the bathroom having my morning wash. To make my breakfast and get me dressed.
Had a lazy day doing bugga all, as in a load of washing and vacuumed out,
Chrisco came and because of my conditioned they brought them inside leaving them at the front door.
Another early waking, I looked at my phone for the time at 5.35 and got up 10 minutes later.
I opened the house and five mins later Tasha arrived.
I found a birthday present from Tim on my computer chair a new CD player. Something I wanted.
Jess, Tash & I went shopping at Kmart, I hired a scooter to use.
After I got back from shopping and was getting ready for lunch Sandy turned up with Mum. It was great to see them mostly Mum..
I gave Mum a ornament with a photo of dad on it, she loved it but Sandy dropped and broke it. I am so annoyed.
Jess gave
me some Cherry Ripe fudge, it is really nice.
I woke just before the alarm, yesterday was 33degrees today is 21 degrees but still I sweat.
Not as hot today thankfully.
Been in a lot of pain with my left thigh.
Rang Mum but she said she would ring me back. I had just settle down to listen to my book when the house phone rang. Tasha answered it, I thought she would bring it in but no she didn't because she felt it took me long enough to get comfortable and didn't want to disturb me again.
I woke at 6 and decided to get straight up, however, I couldn't the pain in my left thigh was so bad I couldn't move my leg. Thankfully Tim got up before getting back into bed.
Had a busy day here, washing, ironing, vacuuming, reading blogs answering letters.
After I spoke to Mum I went into the bathroom to s pray ice gel on my knees and had accident as in I wet myself. I had to call Tasha to come and help, she gave me a shower and helped me dress again.
I woke at 5.40 and got up as I was awake and needed to pee, I had to get Tim to help me out of bed.
I am in a lot of pain with my left leg, I have been applying Ice Gel which helps a tad.
Jess rang and asked me to check I had given Leo the right medication this morning. Turned out I hadn't and he fell asleep in class. She had to go and get him, the school told her he didn't want to come home as he was mad with his mum's mum aka me (nana).
When Leo got home he came and gave me a hug and said it was just an accident and he wasn't mad.
Spoke to Mum she is upset because it would be her & Dad's 60th wedding anniversary.
I woke at 6am and managed to get out of bed on my own.
I had the worse nights sleep I went to bed ok, but I was in so much pain with my left leg. I was up & down and in the end Jess came because Leo rang her upset seeing me in so much pain.
Tasha came down and helped twice before Jess came.
During the day my leg has improved and is less painful.
It is very hot today had the air con on most of the day
Tim took the car as it. looks like it may rain
I woke at 6.30 but I thought it was 7.30 it wasn't till I came out to open the house that I realised the timed.
Kathy & the girls arrived around 9am and gave me a shower, while I was dressing I asked if her girls would like an ornament to remind them of Poppy she said No they don't know who he is. I understand but find it a little sad.
Kathy & Tasha got into a spat over caring for me ended up yelling at each other.

Another Tuesday is here so that means it is indestructible stuff day, today it is Tungsten this I have heard of.
In the early days of light bulbs inventors faced a tricky problem, to make bulbs glow they had to make electricity flow through a fine wire or filament.
Filaments made of carbon or platinum soon overheated and broke, meaning light bulbs burned out often but when they tried tungsten they lasted longer and light bulbs really took off.
Tungsten worked so well because it is one of the strongest, hardest and most heat-resistant metal there is. In fact it has the highest melting point of any metal.
Tungsten is also incredibly dense and heavy, if a soccer ball was made of solid tungsten it would weigh more then 100kilos or 220 pounds.

I woke up at 6am and after I tidy the kitchen and lounge-room table before I sent Tasha a message asking if she was awake could come and dress me.
Tim working this afternoon e left around 11am.
Mum said that she had a visit from Michelle, Alan as well as Landon & Skyla. Mum loved seeing the baby.
Woke at 5.50am and pretty much got up straight away and got dressed in the bathroom as Tim is on late starts this week.
Been an average day done the usual house work stuff I do every day.
This afternoon Tasha was annoying me as in tickling me while I waited for Leo, that said it did feel good to laugh.
Mum told me that Denni has hurt her arm again but it's not broken. Sandra's girls have had a lot of broken and hurt arms. Makes mum & me wonder if there is any underlining problem causing weakness in the bones.
I woke at 4.30am and between then and 6am I only dozed on & off.
Been a nice day weather wise
Had a phone call from some charity looking for money, I was annoyed with myself for answering the damn call. Anyway I explained I can't afford it at the moment but she went on and on so I hung up and blocked the number.
Mum was telling me that Denni has her arm in a sling but couldn't remember whether it was in a cast or not.
She also said that she went to school but was sent home after a couple of hours as she wasn't feeling good.
I had a decent nights sleep but woke at 5.30 but 5.45 I was shaking a lot so got up and sent Tasha a text asking when she wanted to shower me, she came straight down and did it.
Tim off to the GP before going to work, I will find out how it went tomorrow.
Had a restless night waking often for how long I don't know. I do know that on two occasions I was shaking a lot.
I am in so much pain today with my left leg.
Had to ring the Dr's surgery for a phone appointment as I need a script for Norspan.
I just had Jess & Tasha here because I rang in tears because I was drenched in sweat and had dropped the powder and when I tried to stand my left knee gave out and I fell back onto the toilet. I have a phone with me and was able to call for help. always
Leo here tonight this is the norm now.
I slept better last night, at 3.10 this morning I woke to Tim doing something with his phone, I asked what the time was, he said he didn't know and tried to look at the wall clock, before going out to the kitchen and returning to bed, no idea what was going on.
When I asked Tim about it he had no idea either.
Around 3.15 it started to storm, strong wind and heavy rain so I was unable to go meet Leo. Tasha did it instead.
Jess putting me to bed tonight.
I woke at 6.30am and gave Tim a cuddle kinda before getting up but of course he moved away so I moved closer and he moved further away. So I got up.
Kathy & Summer turned up at 8.45am and Kathy gave me a shower and helped me dress.
Jess working today a two in one job, she picks up one lot drop them somewhere, pick up another lot and drop them off. Have a break of maybe 2hr's and go pick up the first lot and take them home, then go get the second lot and take them home, she will be home around 7.30pm.
Well I was going to do a post today but instead spent over 4hours working on personalised calenars for the family, remembering that I shake from head to foot which makes everything so much harder.

Hello again, hello Tuesday, well here we go with more indestructible stuff, this week we have Wurtzite Boron Nitride heard of it, me neither...........
For a long time diamond held the title of hardest natural material but in 2008 scientists did some testing on other rarer minerals and found that one preformed even better in hardness tests.
The new hardest mineral is Wurtzite Boron Nitride, like diamond it can be formed due to a meteorite strike and its very hard to find.
To test hardness the sample is whacked with a tool called a indenter to see what happens When Wurtzite Boron Nitride was hit it rearranged its crystal structure making itself harder then diamond.
Good morning world, here I am faced with another school week and because it's Monday it is fact day, so here we go......
After King Tutankhamen's tomb was discovered in Egypt in 1922, a number of people associated with the discovery died in mysterious deaths.
Tutankhamen's tomb was discovered in November 1922 by Howard Carter, an amateur archaeologist commissioned by English nobleman Lord Carnarvon to find it.
The discovery lead to rumours of curse which wasn't taken seriously until Lord Carnarvon came down with a mysterious fever from an insect bite and died.
Even more strange when Tutankhamen in 1925 was unwrapped he was found to have a wound on his left cheek in the exactly same spot as the insect bite on Lord Carnarvon
The curse rumours strengthened when word came from Lord Carnation's home on England at 1.50am the time of the Lord's death that his favourite dog had died.
Up at 6.10 because Tim was complaining that said air from my Cpap mask blowing in his face.
I managed to dress myself and get my own breakfast.

A coolish day and yet I am sweating from head to foot.
Leo has been in and out all day.

Leo came and got an umbrella so he could go to Macca's, this I feel odd about. However, I am super proud of him, he is growing so fast.
Another early start woke at 5.40am and got up straight away. Tasha arrived just after I opened the house I was having my morning wash.
Tim is on late starts this week.
He printed my letters, diary enters and address list for me this morning.
So now I have a pile of letters to post.
I forgot to go wait for Leo this afternoon I just forgot for no reason it wasn't till Tasha rang and asked me if I had forgotten something that I remembered.
I woke at 5.50am and got up a short time later and was sitting in the bathroom waiting for Tasha lost in my own little world.
Been a nice cool day but I am of course sweating.
Had a phone call from Sandra this morning to tell me our uncle Richie's funeral is on Thursday about a 45 minute drive from here. I said I would love to go but with Covid I would only be able to attend if I remained outside as only 20 immediate family members can be inside.
It was 6.13 when I woke this morning 2 minutes before my alarm went off.
I found printer ink on my laptop this morning, happy me.
Been a sticky day for me one of those days when going to the toilet causes so much sweat and stickiness that pulling up my clothing is a task and a half.
Will need a shower tomorrow as I stink.
Woke up when the alarm went off, I was having a strange dream about having a blackout and asking Tim to fix it so I could have light and handed me a light bulb.
Tasha gave me a shower after I had breakfast, she was in a snappy mood because there was a mess in the lounge room and in the kitchen.
Kelli rang and asked if I had a spacer she could borrow I do and she has came and borrowed it.
It has been raining since mid morning, I doubt I will be able to meet Leo.
Leo is here tonight.
Woke with the alarm found Leo already awake, it is a cold morning.
I have an appointment at the JHH with the gynaecology clinic this afternoon.
Took the wheelchair to appointment he said to stay on the Betimiga medication as it is working. Also told me to stop drinking caffeinated drinks. I said not going to happen as I don't like to drink just water. Also I don't like juice, cordial etc.........
Rang mum when I got home she was good telling me about a call from Aunty Denise, she rang mum and asked her Thomas Richard NO it was Richard Thomas 2nd how could she not know her dad's name.
Jess coming to help me get ready for bed.
I woke at 6.11am even though it is Saturday, I got up straight away. I felt like shit and had a pity moment resulting in a Facebook post.
I was over it in 30 minutes time.
Woke up with a blood shot eye, my right eye.
Kathy came and gave me a shower and said that her weekends are so busy she just doesn't has the time to help me.
Managed to set the ironing board up and iron Tim work shirts.
I asked for someone to help me look for the Christmas cards I bought at the end of last year. However, I am still waiting.

Well if I start this now I may not forget about it, like I seem to have done yesterday. I went to check yesterday's post only to find none, what the hell how did I forget to do a post. It must have been that type of day as I also forgot to go and meet Leo that afternoon.
Had a phone call from my sister Sandra this morning to tell me our uncle Richie's funeral is on Thursday about a 45 minute drive from here. I said I would love to go but with Covid I would only be able to attend if I remained outside as only 20 immediate family members can be inside.
Uncle Richie was dad's brother but he was taken in as a boy by close family friends when his mother walked out on his father, I think he was number 3 out of 6 children.
I am just not feeling with it today or yesterday for that matter.
This morning Tasha had to speak my name 3 times and make a loud noise in order to get my attention. I was off with t he pixies
Woke at 6.45am got up and sent Tasha a message to see if she could come and help me dress.
Tim working again.
Another cold wet day.
Saw Kelli when she dropped of Blain.
Not doing much today just sorted the meds out after vacuuming out later I ironed Tim's work shirts.
Tasha coming at 3.30to give me a bath as the shower isn't working right.
Awake at 6.05 straight out of bed and dressed with help from Tasha of course.
Plumber came around 11ish and changed the shower head was here less then 5 minutes.
Jessica was able to meet Leo as she was home by 3.25pm, this was great as it was still pissing down.
It's 4pm and I am done for the day, I can feel my chest moving as in shaking along with my arms and legs.
I am feeling depressed at the moment. I just want to listen to my book for a while.
Up at 6.15 as usual, Tim got up at the same time, he has a long day a 9.34hr work day he will be home around 7.45pm.
Another cold and wet day, of course I have a Dr appointment so will need to go out at 8.45 for a bit.
Saw the Dr and nurse this morning for care plan review and scripts. Thankfully it has stopped raining this morning.
No rain this afternoon so I am able to go get Leo
Another day started no rain this morning, going to be another coolish day though.
Started raining around 10ishand has been raining since. Tim on a midday start so left around 11 something.
Stopped raining around 2pm so I am able to go get Leo.
Sue's birthday she is 51 today, I sent her a message this morning..
Another wet morning here, I was up at the usual time had to get dressed in the bathroom as Tim has a late start same as yesterday.
I am feeling like shit today in so much pain my arms and left thigh mostly.
My left thigh is very sore I cannot move it without a shit load of pain.
What a morning, I started to leak as soon as I got up but it was that bad it was running down my leg.
Tasha arrived a few minutes later and gave me a shower and of course dressed me.
Leo is asleep in his room
Tim has taken the motorbike to work.
Jess has to put me to bed as Tasha has a visitor.
A late start to the day slept in till 8.15am it felt good to have a sleep in.
Kathy and Summer arrived at 9am Kathy gave me a shower and then got my breakfast for me.
Although she didn't want to vacuum out and the clothes needed longer on the line so I decided not tho ask her to get them off.

Dave's birthday he is 42 today, mum rang at 9 when I was in the shower. I thought Tim answered it and didn't give it another thought, till I checked the house phone's messages and her mum speak before she hung up. No she didn't leave a message but it was mum. So I rang her back she rang to ask me over for lunch for Dave's birthday. By the time I rang her back it was 12.15 and I had just eaten so wasn't hungry also Tim was out as was Tasha and Jess was at work so no one her to drive me.
Tim had to go to the chemist twice because he paid for everything but the only gave him one lot of medication out of six. I would have noticed if it was me as he paid over $100
Didn't talk to mum as I forgot to ring her and when she rang I was already in the bathroom getting ready for bed. So Tim answered and told her that.
