Catch Up

Today has been a catch up day for me with my blogs I have done nothing all morning except read blogs and comment on them. I feel like shit too achining all over from head to foot and I am so tired that I can barely keep my eyes open. I think after I post this I will toddle off to bed for a while but first I will have to ring and change the appointment to have Jessica's car looked at as she wants me to take it in and I am far to tired to do that this afternoon. I did suggest she take it herself but no way thats going to happen she says she can't/doesn't want to do it herself.

Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers who read this blog, I hope you all have had a great day.

My day has been so so it started when I got up early and had to go with Tim over to Kathy's place so I could watch Sydney while they went and moved the last of her stuff. Now I had to take Leo with me as there was no way his mother was going to get out of bed, she went out last night to a party and I have no idea what time she got home.

Around 11.30am we arrived at my mothers place for lunch which was just KFC, now Kathy doesn't eat KFC because someone once told her that Col Sanders was part of the KKK. As far as I know that is just a rumour and I have never found anything that sayshe really was, now if she said she didn't like the taste of the food that would be one thing but I know she does love the taste and up till a few years ago when someone told her that rumour she did eat it. So she didn't bother staying for lunch and left in a mood even though her nan oftered to do something else for her.

On Friday I did my Mother's Day shopping now for some people that would involve just buying a nice present for their mum.

Not for me I bought presents for my mum from me and from two of my sisters as if it is left up till them they will end up getting her nothing and I was right this morning they both said they didn't have anything for mum.............so I told them that I had bought something for them to give mum. I do this not so much for them but for mum as it upsets and hurts her when they don't give her anything. Please note the sisters in question are aged 42 and 32 and are both mothers themselves.

I also bought presents for each of my daughters from their children and have to say that two out of three where very happy that I did that for them. Ok I know that Natasha also liked that I got something for her son to give her but she is not good at showing it at times. Kathy's friend Mel also went and bought something for Kathy from Sydney and not just any old thing she got her a $150 gift certificate to a day spa.

Ok I guess you all are wondering what I got well so far the only one to give me anything is Jessica she is going to take me to see David Strassman for those who doesn't know who he is........a ventriloquist and I love him he is so funny.

Tim told me last night that he has something planned but I will have to wait a week or two before I get it, I have no idea what.

Neither Kathy or Natasha have given me anything which is upsetting as I know both of them have something for me......why is this you ask beause with Natasha I bought her gift for me and I was with Kathy when she got me something. Now I can forgive Kathy as she has been pretty busy but Natasha has no excuse.

Moving for the last time

Well today is moving day for my precious first born daughter........Kathy-Lee, she is moving into a Dept of Housing place and is so excited about the move. She has been on the waiting list for a place for 8 years.

The new place is 7 houses down from her sister Natasha and is a 3 bedroom townhouse, the back yard looks like forest there are so many trees. Tim is going to go over and cut them back with my dad's chainsaw...........

The only downside is that she had to give 3 weeks notice at the place she is in and that means she has to pay two lots of rent.

Ok it is not in the best area in fact the area is called "the zoo" but she said she will keep to herself and hopefully will not have any problems she is just so happy to have a Dept of Housing place as the rent is $100 cheaper the where she was.....................

Hurry Up Woman

This morning while getting petrol I had this other woman tell me to hurry up as I was holding everyone up, she said this a few times and the old man next to me told me to sit in my car and make her wait and another woman said "how rude".....

Was I bothered no not in the lease, why because it was my sister Sandra and we like to do things like that just to see how other people will react and this morning she managed to get some people to react. I wonder if other siblings do things like this.....or are we just weird.........lol

Feeling Full

For a while I have said to Tim when I have seen on TV the adds for "fullness shakes" that I would like to give it a go.

Many years ago like around 21yrs ago I lost a lot of weight and that time I did it by haveing something similar, I had this powder that I would mix with water and drink half and hour before meals.

So when I saw these shakes in the shops I told hubby I was going to get some and give it a go and he was ok with that until he found out the price. I still got it though, the first one I tried was Super Slim and it was awful, the taste made me want to throw up. I stuck with it though the directions said to mix it with water or Soy but I switched to skim milk which made it more tolerable but not I still hated the taste, so I then took to adding some yogurt to it and that made it a lot better.

I then found Rapid Loss in at the chemist and got that one to try and it is so much nicer, I still like to add a bit of yogurt to it but I do not have to add it.

I have it half an hour before meals and when I do have my meal I don't have as much but the big difference is that after I eat a meal .........................I do not go looking for other stuff to nibble on.

A Lazy Sunday Arvo

I love lazy afternoons and today has been one of those lovely lazy Sunday arvo sitting in front of the computer blogging and facebooking and doing pretty much nothing else......I do go outside a take a short video of Little Leo riding his bike with the help of papa and then of him sitting on papas bike...........

Now the little one is feeling sick he has a temp of 39 celsius so stuck him in a cool bath and gave him some medince to bring his tempature down and he is now laying in his mums bed and she has come home to look after him..........she told be last night she is tired of feeling more like his baby sitter and not his mother. This is because why she is here I do so much for him and in one way she hates that while at the same time she loves it............

I have had a couple of Southos and Coke so feeling pretty good at the moment but that is all I wll have as I do not like to drink much.
