Good afternoon, another
cold day here, just had a nice hot bath and feel warmer now.
It is the last day of
the school term for two weeks.
Well here are this
weeks five things for Friday
No Leo here (he didn't
want to stay)
Me sad (because Leo not
here)
Achilles tendon (still
giving me a lot of pain)
Amazing daughters
Not a size small but
still beautiful and loved
I'm so sorry your tendon is still hurting. I hope you get some relief soon.

DeleteDear Jo-Anne, like Elsie Amata I'm sorry that your Achilles tendon is still hurting/tender. That must make any walking difficult. I hope it won't affect your back.
ReplyDeleteMy Friday thoughts are---(1) got accept for the mobility ride so (2) I won't need to ask friends and family members to take me to all my doctor appointments and (3) the new grass seed has germinated and (4) the cats are all well and (5) I'm going to begin eating nutritiously again and lose my extra 15 pounds. Peace be to you.
Hi Dee, the ankle is so painful at the end of the day after I have been on it most of the day, I try to eat healthy but fail a lot but I am happy and loved
