Last week I looked at
ugly dogs, so this week I am looking at a few of what are considered the best-looking
dogs. Here are five of those breeds.
Starting
with the Siberian Husky, they have striking blue or multi-coloured eyes, wolf‑like
features, and a thick, dramatic coat. This is why it is regularly ranked #1 on
“most beautiful dog” lists.
Next,
we have the Golden Retriever with their soft, flowing golden coat and warm,
expressive eyes, they are universally loved for both appearance and
temperament.
Then
we have the German Shepherd with their strong, athletic build with sharp,
intelligent features, they have a regal posture and iconic silhouette.
Another
one on the most beautiful dog list is the Doberman Pinscher with their sleek,
shiny coat and elegant, muscular lines. They are frequently described as one of
the most graceful breeds.
Lastly
there is the Chow Chow which has a lion‑like mane and plush, teddy‑bear
appearance, it has a unique look that stands out from any other breed.
And of course misty, whatever she is...

DeleteThe Siberian husky, golden retriever and German shepherd are very handsome, intelligent looking dogs that most families would be thrilled to own.
ReplyDeleteCompare these to your last blog post on ugly dogs.
There is a big difference from the ugly and beautiful is large
DeleteI'll always treasure meeting the team lead dog, Fisher King, a husky who was owned/trained by a resident here in my town of Kennesaw. He was a dog of strength, courage and bravery like no other and led his owner, Bill, in winning the Iditarod many years ago. He is a legend in our part of the world, and our local park displays the story on different permanent plaques along the walking trail. Thanks for sharing your info today, Jo-Anne!
ReplyDeleteThat's cool that Fisher King is a legend and you got to meet him
DeleteI love big dogs! German shepherds have always been one of my favorites. I had a female, named Daisy Mae. Gosh I loved her and I always felt, safe with her around. She was very protective of me. But she really was a loveable bear! Love the retrievers - golden, yellow, black and chocolate labs! I like border collies, too. I had a male, named Sport. He was so funny.
ReplyDeleteI miss my Laydee so much but am doing okay. I'm at the point now if I look at her photo or videos, I feel sad and then the whole grief process starts in. I have no idea if there will be another dog in my future and that does make me even sadder.
Large dogs are often wonderful dogs I have always preferred small dogs but that is all I have ever owned
DeleteLove the dogs but not the last one.
ReplyDeleteYeah that one isn't as handsome as the others
DeleteI lean more toward the mutts, but have to admit, those are beautiful dog!!!
