Did you know No 27

Hello world, hello Monday, hello life, I hope everyone is well and happy and not too hot nor too cold.

Here are this weeks did you know facts................

In the ocean it is totally dark at depths greater than 600metres, about half the animals found below that depth glow. This light serves to attract prey and mates.

The human body makes about two million new red blood cells every second.

When we touch something, we send a message to our brain at 124mph.

Our nose is our personal air-conditioning system, it warms cold air, it cools hot air and filters impurities.

In one square inch of the human hand we have nine feet of blood vessels, 600 pain sensors, 9,000 nerve endings, 36 heat sensors and 75 pressure sensors.
