Cutting back on sugar is a great thing; drinking just bottled water and also being vegetarian helps. I am a small person but gain ...I know it is hard. I am a small person but gain weight really easily so I have to eat a very strict diet of lean mean and veggies along with a lot of exercise. AND I know it isn't fun. Dawn Saros-Kirk has a great suggestion. I have a smoothie everyday for lunch made out of protein powder and fruit. It doesn't sound like much but it is amazingly filling. Making little changes is easier than going on some crash diet program. I haven't been over-weight for awhile but back when I was it made me unhappy. I hope you find a way to work through it and not be frustrated by it. If you ever just need a pep talk or some ideas, my email address is on my blog.
